    All students who intend to register for Biology 110, 120, and/or 140 during this academic year, must attend this meeting with the biology department held at the end of the biology AIM meeting. Lab sign-up and course approvals will be given during this session.

    Stroll in and grab a cup of "joe," meet the Career Center staff and hear about the many resources available to help you choose your major as well as practical options for exploring your career interests.

    "Sex Signals" has performed more than 1,000 shows at more than 400 colleges and universities, making it one of the country's most popular programs. Blending a unique combination of improvisational comedy and audience participation, "Sex Signals" provides a provocative, in-your-face look at college life and student issues.

    Steinman is a singer/songwriter from Minneapolis. His lyrics are sweet and honest; his music is not boastful or showy, yet it holds your attention ransom until its demands are met.

    Transportation available for Yom Kippur services

    Schedules for nearby worship services are available in your residence hall.

Conservatory auditions are scheduled by the Conservatory of Music and are posted in the Music-Drama Center. For further information, contact the Conservatory Help Desk, Conservatory office or ensemble director.

ID card photographs may be taken on arrival day or during business hours during the week. ID cards are needed to access dining facilities, some student residences, the Recreation Center and for checking out library materials. Photos are taken in the Warch Campus Center.

Information Technology Services is available to assist you with computer-related issues and computer account information. Stop by the Instructional Technology Center (Seeley G. Mudd Library, Room 214 - second floor), Monday-Friday during business hours.

If you have changes to your course schedule after meeting with your academic advisor and/or completing placement exams, you will finalize those during your assigned web registration time. Watch for details in an e-mail you will receive after your arrival on campus.

Health Services Notes

The following students are required to report to the Health Center to meet with the nurse for a consultation no later than --Friday, September 10:

  • Any student requiring regular allergy injections
  • Any student with a chronic illness
  • Any student who has had an injury or serious illness within the previous 60 days
